  • Bring YOUR festival ticket – a digital copy, please!

    • We like the trees! 🌿

  • You must have 1 of these 3 forms of identification:

    • ID

    • Passport

    • Driver’s License

  • No ID or Passport = No Entry.

  • Lost your ID?

    • You must bring a valid affidavit from SAPS explaining what happened to your original document.

    • The affidavit must include your ID/Passport number, full name, and surname.

  • For safety reasons, keep a digital copy of your prescription for any necessary medication in case of an emergency.

  • Thursday: 12:00 – 22:00

  • Friday: 07:00 – 22:00

  • Saturday: 07:00 – 22:00

  • Sunday: 09:00 – 12:00

Please note:

  • Once gates are closed, you will not be permitted to enter the festival grounds until opening the following morning.

  • You are welcome to exit 24/7.

Cape Town – Cloof Wine Estate, Darling
  1. Take the N7 from Cape Town to Malmesbury.

  2. Follow signs for Darling.

  3. As you enter Malmesbury, take the R315 exit on the left.

  4. Stay in the left-hand lane to take the R315 towards Darling.

  5. Cross one railway line, and after about 10km, you’ll cross a second railway line.

  6. Immediately after this, turn left in front of Darling Cellars.

  7. Follow signs to Cloof Wine Estate along the dirt road.

  • One shower a day is all you need.

    • Save water and help the lines move faster. The shorter YOUR showers, the happier the campers!

    • Aim for 2 minutes and help us save water. Be considerate of others waiting in line.

  • Please note:

    • Toilets are available throughout the festival grounds.

    • Showers are limited to campsites only.

  • We have a Lost & Found station at the festival.

    • If you find or lose any items, please report to the desk, and our team will assist.

    • Check the festival map for the exact location.

  • After the festival:

    • We will post an album on our Facebook page with all unclaimed recovered items.

    • Items will be kept by the Daisies team for two weeks before being handed over to SAPS.

Entry Requirements
  • No Under 18’s

  • Right of admission reserved

  • No ID / Passport = No Entry

    • If you lose your ID/passport, you must bring an affidavit from SAPS confirming its whereabouts.

    • The affidavit must include your ID number, full name, and surname.

  • No entry will be permitted after gate closing times.

Prohibited Items & Substances
  • No alcohol or liquids of any kind (including water) may be brought into the festival.

    • Allowed: soaps, shampoos, cosmetics, and other personal hygiene items (in 500ml non-glass containers or less).

  • No glass

  • No plastic cups or plastic straws

  • No illegal substances

  • No weapons of any kind (knives, firearms, pepper spray, etc)
  • No vuvuzelas, airhorns, or other loud personal instruments
  • No Shishas / Hubbly Bubblies

  • No fires / skottels / gas / braais

  • No gazebos

  • No tents over 3m x 3m

  • No drones

  • No eating utensils or cooler bags/boxes

Photography & Media
  • No audio recording equipment
  • No live-streaming gear (without prior approval)
  • No professional photography equipment unless you are accredited media.

    • Any camera with an interchangeable lens system is considered professional equipment.

Safety & Conduct
  • No swimming is  permitted while lifeguards are off duty.

  • No drinking of alcohol in the parking area

  • No sleeping in cars, campervans, or in the parking area

  • No attitude, be lekker!

    • Strictly no acts of discrimination, violence, or hate speech against any groups, staff members, service providers, or fellow festival-goers.

  • If you exit the festival for any reason, you will be subject to a full security check upon re-entry.

Wristbands & Access Control
  • If your wristband gets damaged, you must bring the damaged band, your ticket, and your ID to the main festival gates for a replacement.

    • If you fail to bring the damaged wristband, you will not be issued a new one.

    • No wristband = removal from the festival.

Payments & Environmental Responsibility
  • No cash is permitted on site – we are a cashless festival.

    • You can bring your debit, credit, or cheque card to transact – all bank cards are welcome.

  • Respect the environment & leave no trace – no litter bugs!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 By purchasing a Rocking the Daisies ticket(s) and/or camping pass(es), you agree to the following terms:

  • Non-refundable: Rocking the Daisies tickets and camping passes are non-refundable. If you are unable or unwilling to attend the festival for any reason, you (hereafter referred to as the ‘Ticket Holder’) will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Ticket Transfer: If the Ticket Holder decides to gift their ticket(s) to someone, they must ensure the ticket(s) and camping pass(es) are transferred to the new Ticket Holder’s name and ID number. This transfer must be done via the Ticket Holder’s Quicket.co.za account. If the recipient does not have a Quicket account, one will be automatically created for them. Rocking the Daisies is not responsible for any loss or fraudulent transactions between third parties.

  • For any queries contact support@quicket.co.za 
  • Artist Cancellation: If an artist on the line-up is unable to perform or their performance is cancelled, no refunds will be offered. Rocking the Daisies will make efforts to find a suitable replacement.

  • Festival Rules Compliance: By purchasing a Rocking the Daisies ticket, the Ticket Holder agrees to follow the festival rules and acknowledges that the event organizer may amend the rules at their discretion.

  • Payment details (credit card, debit card, SnapScan, Spot, Instant EFT, or Bank Transfer) will be required when submitting a booking request.

  • Payment grants permission for Quicket to debit the relevant account. Tickets will not be issued until full payment is received. If payment is not received, the booking will be canceled, and the tickets may be resold.

  • The Ticket Holder warrants that they are authorized to make payments from the designated account.

  • For EFT or Bank Transfer payments, Quicket will only issue tickets after receiving official bank-issued payment confirmation. The confirmation must include correct Quicket bank account details, amount, and reference number. Payment into the Quicket bank account alone does not fulfill the booking.

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to attend. If you turn 18 during the festival weekend, you can only enter once you are officially of age.

  • Booking Requirements: Ensure you have your ID/passport number ready, read the terms and conditions, and understand the refund policy before booking.

  • Automated Booking Process: Quicket will allow you to review and confirm your booking details before submitting it.

  • Availability: Ticket availability is subject to stock levels. We may limit bookings.

    • Local Transactions: Quicket processes South African transactions via Peach Payments, an approved payment gateway for Nedbank South Africa. Peach Payments uses strict encryption (256-bit AES). Quicket does not store card details on its servers.

    • International Transactions: International transactions are processed using Stripe, which is PCI-certified, ensuring secure transactions.

    • Liability: Quicket is not liable for breaches in security by Peach Payments or Stripe, though efforts will be made to rectify any issues.

  • Currency: All ticket prices include VAT.

  • Ticket Delivery: Tickets are delivered via email only once full payment has been received.

  • Event Cancellation: Rocking the Daisies may cancel, postpone, or alter the event. In such cases, ticket holders may be offered a rollover ticket.

    • Ticket Ownership: Only the person whose name appears on the ticket (and the matching ID) will be allowed entry.

    • Affidavit Requirement: If you lose your ID or passport, bring an affidavit from SAPS confirming the loss.

    • Ticket Loss: If tickets are lost, stolen, or destroyed, they will not be replaced. Quicket and Rocking the Daisies are not responsible for tickets given to third parties.

Ticket Giveaways: Rocking the Daisies tickets are exclusively available through official event partners or sponsors. These tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation of Tickets: If you win a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact the brand partner to cancel your ticket.

  • Service Provision: Rocking the Daisies and Quicket do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to services.

  • Liability: Neither Quicket nor Rocking the Daisies are responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from bookings.

  • Promotional Use: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes.

  • Third-party Promotions: Tickets cannot be used for personal promotions or competitions without written permission from Rocking the Daisies.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Please familiarize yourself with the festival map; it will help you locate all essential services and emergency exits.

Paramedics are available 24 hours to handle any medical emergencies throughout the weekend.

Please familiarize yourself with their location on the festival map.

Please be advised that police will be present at the festival. If you have been a victim of a crime or a witness to a crime, please report it to the SAPS or Rocking the Daisies security marshals.

Fire marshals will be present at the festival. Please notify staff immediately if you notice any signs of fire hazards.

Swimming is only permitted when lifeguards are on duty.

Outside of these times, access to swimming areas is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

You can collect and hand in lost property at the Lost Property Depot, marked on the festival site map.
