Camping and Accommodation
Once again we have decided to adopt a Park and Camp festival policy. As everyone has agreed this policy worked amazing last year ensuring a safer, cleaner and more enjoyable festival all round.
Camping: Once you have purchased a festival ticket there will be designated areas for your camping pleasure. Please do not erect your tent in the electronic marquee even if you dig that sort of thing. You can find your larney friends at the Kreef Hotel.
YOUR FULL WEEKEND OR SAT/SUN TICKET INCLUDES ALL CAMPING FACILITIES, YES YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN TENT BUT NO, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FOR CAMPING.
Campervans, Caravans and Mobile Homes will have specially designated tickets and camping area, CLICK HERE to find out more.
Fires: No open fires allowed because this could lead to bigger open fires, which could result in a big mess with lots of stuff burning. Gas cookers are welcome.
Nooky: Please enjoy as much nooky as you can get without getting thorns in your bum, but please also be sure to practice safe sex. If you don’t, your winky will fall off. Free Levi’s condoms are available throughout the festival. So you have no excuse.
Animals: No animals allowed. Really, we love dogs and stuff, but they eat the indigenous field mice and poo everywhere. No one wants to step in poo.

Toilets and Showers
One of our main focuses will be on better, cleaner more efficient ablution facilities. Just like last year, the clean toilets will be a pleasant highlight!
Toilets: Please use the toilets. Please do not wee in the bushes. They are very delicate this time of year. If we catch you we will make you sniff it and more than likely hit you with a rolled up newspaper.

Safety and Security
Alcohol and drugs: Drink but drink responsibly. That means don’t fall asleep in the wrong tent. Narcotics and other illegal substances are no more legal on site than off. So don’t do it.
Emergency Services: Paramedics will be on hand to deal with any medical emergencies over the weekend.
Lost Children: You can collect lost children at the information stand. They will be rounded up and herded into a corral for safekeeping. Please take your own child and not one that is prettier or looks more intelligent.
Lost Property: Lost property can be collected at the information stand. Please report any thefts to the security officials on duty. All festival goers attend the festival at their own risk. The event organisers and all affiliated sponsors will not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
Waste Management
Eco-conscious waste management is one of RTD’s main priorities and it is our mission to host a clean, green festival but there are a couple of things you can do to respect the environment while enjoying your weekend with us:
Leave no trace: If you pack it in, pack it out. In fact help out the environment and take any waste you find, whether its yours or not, with you. Be considerate of other visitors, this is a party and we are all here to have a good time but protect the quality of their experience too. So don’t steal your neighbour’s camping chair or fall asleep in their tent. Cloof Wine Estate works very hard at contributing to the natural growth of indigenous fauna and flora. So admiring the daisies is one thing, picking them is another, no he-loves-me, he-loves-me-not-ing please.
